We changed our name from Henry's Plumbing to High Desert Specialists in order to better reflect the backflow services we perform.

Chuck Henry has been a certified backflow tester since 1992, a Cross Connection Specialist since 1995, and a licensed Plumbing Contractor since 1981.  

Wendy Billings is one of the very few female Certified Backflow Testers in San Diego County. Wendy is certified by AWWA and ABPA to test backflow devices. She is also an AWWA and ABPA Cross Connection Control Specialist. Wendy performs backflow testing on a daily basis.
